Phil Steward

Lou sent me a video response the evening after a neck treatment.

This was me having some work done on my neck on Friday. Excuse the ugly faces I'm pulling, I was experiencing some very profound changes on the table and vanity went right out the window.

Phil originally came over to assist the lovely therapist who I was partnered up with while he is teaching us his amazing Assessment Led Bodywork Training. However when he put his hands on me, he immediately recognised that I needed his expert intervention and he got to work.

I'm still struggling to effectively communicate (not like me to be lost for words ) the immense shift in my body and the intensity of the reaction from my central nervous system. Within a few minutes Phil had specifically targeted and released about 25 years of deep physical trauma from the soft tissue in my neck that had never been properly discharged after a nasty accident involving stairs when I was younger. My unconscious reaction to this was to burst into uncontrollable giggles then promptly burst into tears, finally I started to involuntarily shake and tremble. Phil continued to sit gently with my head & neck still in his hands doing his thing while my body rid itself of this stored trauma. I've never felt anything quite like it!

What's the outcome?? First and foremost - The chronically stuck and rotated C2-C3/4 vertebrae in my neck have realigned (no forceful manipulation).

Presently I'm still processing and rehabilitating, although I can say for sure I've not felt this good for many many years. The techniques Phil is teaching us are a game changer, it's targeted precision, and it's going to blow your mind. Exciting times lie ahead folks, for me and you.
