I will presenting a number of one day workshops on neck work, for Bowen therapists to expand on their existing knowledge.
I will be looking at methods of releasing precise areas of tension that will improve structure and function of the neck. This will include screening rotational restrictions and using shoulder stabilisation and release of tissues attached to the nuchal ligament to improve function. As well as precise palpation and release of scalene and sternocleidomastoid muscles.
